7 routines to control your appetite

Our bodies’ hormones work together to tell us when to eat and when to stop. But for many people who are obese or overweight, this system is off-balance. Hence, maintaining a healthy routine is the key element to appetite control. The routine consist of:

  1. Sufficient Sleep
  2. Drinking more water
  3. Eat Slowly by chewing more
  4. Make healthy choices for your meals.
    • Avoid fast foods. Eat more fish, fruits and vegetables; avoid foods high in carbohydrates or fats.
  5. Take appetite-reducers:
    • Nutrients
    • Hormones
  6. Reduce stress, frustration, anxiety level
  7. Increase energy
